Dakar, the capital, features the ancient Medina district and esteemed Musee Theodore Monod, displaying African art. Dakar is also known for its nightlife, centred on native mbalax music. Saint-Louis, formerly the capital of French West Africa, has an old town with colonial architecture.
Day 01 Arrive Dakar
Arrival at Dakar airport meet assist and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 Dakar
After breakfast, Proceed to This morning cruise to famous – infamous Goree Island, a UNESCO world heritage site. Visit the rooms and the door of no return. After visit cruise back and drive to Pink Lake. Late afternoon continue to Cayar village to meet the return of the fishermen. Return to Dakar early evening. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 Dakar – Saint Louis (By Road) (251 kms / 04 hrs 08 min appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to St Louis stopping at points of interest. Check in hotel and go on city tour of the Capital city of colonial Senegal. Overnight at hotel.
Day04 Saint louis – Kaolack (By Road) (285 kms / 04 hrs 18 min appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to Kaolack, spending time in Wadiour or Keur Khaly, wolof villages. Meet locals, learn their daily. activities, their believes. Get to Kaolack. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 Kaolack – Saly (By Road) (114 kms / 01 hrs 55 min appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to visit the stones circle in the Sin N’gayenne. Then continue to Joal and fadiouth for visit before you get to Saly. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 Saly – Dakar (By Road) (67 kms / 01 hrs 22 min appx.)/ Depart Dakar
Stay at the beach. After lunch, Proceed to Dakar. Departure transfer to onward destination.
