Day 01 Arrive Sofia By Flight
Arrival in Sofia Meet assist at the airport later transfer to the hotel.Sightseeing in the city center – Alexander Nevski Cathedral, the Crypt with the richest collection of icons on the Balkan Peninsula, St. Sofia Basilica, the Russian Church, roman ruins, etc. Overnight in hotel.
Day 02 Sofia
After breakfast visit to the National History Museum. Visit to Boyana Church included in UNESCO’s list of cultural and historic monuments. Leaving for Rila Monastery. Overnight in hotel.
Day 03 Sofia – Veliko Tarnovo By Road 222 Kms /02 hrs 38 min appx.
After breakfast Proceed for the town of Veliko Tarnovo.Sightseeing in Veliko Tarnovo. Going to the village of Arbanasy famous for its churches and enlisted in the UNESCO’s list of cultural monuments 5 km. Overnight in hotel.
Day 04 Veliko Tarnovo – Varna By Road 222 Kms /02 hrs 38 min appx.
After breakfast Proceed for Varna approximately 220 km. On the way the tourists will see the ancient Bulgarian capitals Pliska and Preslav, the Rider of Madara – a 23 meter-high stone monument enlisted in the UNESCO’s list of historic monuments. Overnight in hotel.
Day 05 Varna – Nessebar By Road 101 Kms / 01 hrs 33 min appx.
After breakfast Sightseeing in Varna – the biggest city on the Black Sea coast – the History Museum, the Archeological Museum, the Ethnographic Museum, the Cathedral, the Dolphinarium, etc.Visit to Aladja Monastery approximately 30 km – a 12-century monastery built in the rocks with many monk cells and beautiful mural paintings. Leaving for the town of Nessebar approximately 90 km. Overnight in hotel.
Day 06 Nessebar – Plovdiv By Road 282 Kms / 02 hrs 51 min appx.
After breakfast sightseeing in Nessebar. The town is included in UNESCO’s list of cultural and historic monuments.Leaving for Plovdiv approximately 330 km. On the way visiting the Kazanlak Thracian tomb included in UNESCO’s list of cultural monuments. Overnight in hotel.
Day 07 Plovdiv
After breakfast sightseeing in Plovdiv. Visiting the Old Town.Going to Bachkovo monastery. Overnight in hotel.
