Turkmenistan is a country in Central Asia bordered by the Caspian Sea and largely covered by the Karakum Desert. It’s known for archaeological ruins including those at Nisa and Merv, major stops along the ancient trade route the Silk Road. Ashgabat, the capital, was rebuilt in Soviet style in the mid-20th century and is filled with grand monuments honoring former president Saparmurat Niyazov.
Day 01 Arrive Ashgabat
Arrival to Ashgabat, meet assist and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 Ashgabat
After breakfast Proceed to city tour in Ashgabat, Visits to Central Square, Earthquake, Lenin and Ahal Teke Monuments. Continue to National Museum. Afternoon visit to Independence Park, Neutrality Arch, Ertogrul Ghazi Mosque. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 Ashgabat – Takyr (By Safari)
After breakfast Proceed to Gokdepe. Riding for 12 km from Maxim farming village to Yeketut and stop for lunch. After lunch ride for 12 km. Stop at Takyr for dinner and camping. Overnight at Camp.
Day 04 Takyr – Chyrla (By Ride)
After breakfast Proceed to ride for 13 km and stop for lunch at Jennet Lake, also called Guwly Kol. Ride for 19 km to Chyrla village. Dinner and camping Visit Chyrla desert village and get acquainted with the traditions and life style of Teke tribe of Turkmen who have been living here for centuries on livestock, mostly sheep and camels. Overnight at Camp.
Day 05 Chyrla – Takyr (By Ride)
After breakfast Proceed to ride for 19 km back to Jennet Lake and stop for lunch. Ride for 13 km to Takyr. Overnight at Camp.
Day 06 Takyr – Birleshik (By Ride)
After breakfast Proceed to ride for 12 km to Yeketut and stop for lunch. Ride 12 km to Maxim farming village and drive back to stud farm in Geokdepe. Overnight at Camp.
Day 07 Birleshik – Ashgabat (By Road) (50 Kms / 51 min appx.)
After breakfast Proceed to Geokdepe. Farewell with grooms and return to Ashgabat around lunch time. Time at own leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 Depart Ashgabat
Departure transfer to onwards destination.

– In Asia, there is no relevance between the distance and time of travelling, as it depends upon the condition of the roads and congestion of the traffic.
